Seems we have already broken a record.

Most Points Scored in a Match.

Please also remove the Bling Eagles fun fact while you are adding records. And someone let Bling know.

Can we vote to keep the Bling fun fact regardless of its inaccuracy?

Oh, I've been working on recreating a 2008 table for statistic purposes, and found that the Arsenal Gunners still hold the record low score for a match.

Round 9, 2008, the Arsenal Gunners lost 0(-21) - 16 to Killeroos FC.

I suspect there will be quite a few record lows in 2008 though, given the fact all ITs were set at 50 stats, and I think possibly creative tries were set at 10 stats. Also, missed goals were worth -1, and missed penalties -2 (what a crazy time it was). So it might be worth considering whether we want to include 2008 stats in these records or not. I would argue that we should, as the rules change every year. Just wanted to mention that fact though.

And another record: Lowest scoring match

    Round 7, 2008 - Tricko's Alcoholic Gamblers 8 - 0 Bling Eagles
    Round 10, 2008 - Bling Eagles 4 - 4 Arsenal Gunners

Did ITs used to require 50+ minutes too? How random.

Re the highest individual score being Dylan walker. Pretty sure vats dropped a 40 on shank one time.

-21! I believe that was the turnaround the Gunners needed though after cutting half their squad to get down to a lean 15 players at one point, then scooping/trading their way to a premiership!

Also after the move to Newcastle in 2009 all records achieved as the Arsenal Gunners have moved to the Newcastle United Gunners.

Well I've been putting teams in as what they were when they got the record. We could change it to the team's current name though (with the exception of teams where the manager has changed).

Nar, keep the actual team names.

Bit of history and all that.

You can still brag about your records from previous identities as long as you were the manager.

A couple of records i've updated in the front page:

Biggest winning margin is actually 88, with the Druggies beating the Dingoes 88-0.
Lowest winning score is 5, with the Druggies beating the Cougars 5-0.
The above match was also the lowest scoring match in XRL history.

I've also added in the Origin 7s history, which is not favourable reading if you are a Head...

Lastly, there was an Origin 7s game that the Heads won 4-0, but decided not to include that in the records, as I think the records should be about XRL teams.

    Fun Fact

Patches has coached both conferences in Origin.

    2011 - Crasms (co-coach with Hawking)
    2012, 13 & 15 - Heads

Also, I have a feeling I've won 100% of my 4 origin games, which would probably be a record?

I think that most finals matches would be a better stat than finals appearances.

Fun fact- Rox co-coach Hardy leaves the coaches box when the Rox coach the Crasms as he remains loyal to the (dirty) Heads.

It seems a bit redundant now because my streak is still alive, but they are both valid categories. No reason we can't work out finals matches as well though.

Apparently, the Druggies beat the Punters in both rounds 19 and 20. I feel like I would remember this...

*Highest team points says round 19
*Highest player points (Dylan Walker) says round 20

Re: finals matches - Last time I counted I had 50% more than the next club. Which is why I suggested it as a stat. Although it would be interesting for other reasons, like which club has the most finals matches without a premiership (Wolves? Wizards? XIII? Miners? aka the Bridesmaids club)

Also how about a most grand finals, most losing grand finals? (Killers, XIII - maid of honour)

How about we list all clubs' total finals appearances, to further highlight the Punters ineptitude?

I'd be surprised if I had the most without a premiership, as I am very efficient at getting knocked out once finals roll around. I've got 12 matches for 2 wins, 2 draws (both knockouts due to ladder position) and 8 losses.

Let's avoid total number of finals appearances as a stat. Druggies would like to avoid accumulating any further embarrassing records.

Good news, I've finished recreating the 2008 ladder. This has lead to new records for least points for and least points against in a season (both records will stand forever as far as i'm concerned).

Unfortunately I think the scoresheets I am working off are pre-corrections, so are not completely accurate. For example, the final ladder has me finishing 4th, playing the Crocs in 3rd, while the Rockets in 5th play the King's Men in 6th in the first round of the playoffs (6 team series). I'm fairly certain I finished in 6th based on my own memory.

Still, it's going to be as close to accurate as we can get.

Also, it unfortunately appears that no team did not get a win against the Bling Eagles. The Eagles won matches against the Rocket Scientists, Las Vegas Killers & the Druggies, & drew with the Arsenal Gunners.
